Most people have given up to the idea that today or tomorrow they are going to fall prey to some disease or the other. However, that’s not what nature intends for us. For example look at a tree..it only grows stronger with age. Nature has bountifully provided us with EVERYTHING that we need to maintain optimum levels of health..LIFELONG! Its only when we break natural laws, that we pay for it in the form of ageing &/or disease.
    If you are one of those people who want to look & feel fit, healthy & want to always be able to lead an active lifestyle, you need to start watching your diet, thought patterns & your lifestyle. You can enjoy your food as well, if you know what combinations to eat in, right time to eat specific foods.

  • Golden rules for an anti-ageing lifestyle-

    1. Make it a point to have a glass of fresh, unadulterated/unsweetened fruit/vegetable juice at least 4 days a week

    4. Chocolates
    5. Ice Creams
    6. Over processed foods like Kurmura, corn flakes etc.
    7. Most Oils

  • Get restful & uninterrupted sleep for 6-8 hours at a stretch
  • Focus on the good things that are happening in your life. Stay motivated & happy. Be around people who uplift your energy. Pamper yourself with a spa treatment. Indulge in hobbies & feel good about yourself & your life. Happiness is the best anti-ageing tool! Meditate for 10 mins a day
  • Exercise
    All your attempts towards a younger looking skin, hair & health are incomplete without an exercise program featuring in it. Exercise helps fresh oxygenated blood to reach each & every cell in your body. Benefits of exercise are far too many to be missed out on. & the best part it that it doesn't 'have to' be boring!
